Kim and Ryan are just the best. These are the people to call to install, repair, products .... A+! We have been with them for 13 years now. Steve and Kim installed our wonderful fiberglass pool .... handled everything from soup to nuts with professionalism and respect. They have taken care of and handled every situation regarding our pool. We haven’t had many problems but when we had one they always had the answer. I have read about other pool services employees using foul language and poor behavior. We have never experienced this with Prestigious.

Ryan built our pool for us last year and we LOVE it! We picked a vinyl liner that was customized so we could get exactly what we wanted. The building process was the hardest part because of the wait- I wanted it to move faster than possible (like, to order it and have it the next day!), but beauty and quality take time- and that's exactly what we got. I'm so happy with the work they did and am very happy we picked them. Thank you Prestigious Pools!

Beware of this company!!! We had a pool liner installed a few years ago. After 4 years extreme wrinkles appeared on the sides of our pool liner and white spots on the floor of the liner. Upon contacting Prestigious they said they would send someone out. They fixed the sagging liner but our pool still has a lot of wrinkles on the sides and white spots on the floor of the pool. I called them again about this problem and they sent a representative from Merlin (manufacturer of liner) to our home to look at liner. He sent a report to Prestigious and they never followed up. After a phone call to Merlin I was told the report was sent to Prestigious weeks ago. But Prestigious failed to contact me...I had to call them. Our first pool was installed by Crystal Pools who are fabulous... but we though

I've given ample time for them (4years) to get our pool cover. Every year they say they have it, then it never gets installed becsuse they dont have it. 4 years of excuses. Nobody ever returns emails or phone calls. Ryan is a nice guy and easy to work with. But overwhelmed i think. But the others in the office are of no help. This year they came and put a tarp on our pool. Looks like it was done by s 10 year old. Half of the water bags have no water in them. 2 of them don't even have caps on them. They were green and slimey and full of mildew when they put them down. Now my dog fell in the pool this mornjng. She could have gotten stuck under that tarp and drowned . .Now we are forced to file a complsint with the BBB just to get what we need. .

Okay had a long talk with this company's new owner, and we are hopeful service improves. Will keep updating this review because we got off to a rocky start. Will be closing the pool soon so will update more after that. I can say Ryan is trying and overall we do love our pool;) Honestly, don't know that there is better out there, at least not around this area. Don't know where to begin. I should have heeded the bad reviews but when I met with the previous owner he convinced me he was our guy. Plus it isn't easy finding a good pool company in this area;( Anyway, we ended up dealing with Ryan, his son. It was mass confusion most of the way... with a lot of run-arounds and extremely poor communication. Beware: You will be yessed to death, but most won't come to fruition! The ironic t
