Kurt and his team were absolutely incredible. We had a sewage grinder issue that lasted over five weeks, and he provided his personal number and was extremely responsive Anytime we needed a short notice pump. He also very clearly tried to go out of his way to ensure we were not over spending, even when it would've helped his own pocketbook to let us do so. Was also more fairly priced than some other local options. Can't say enough about this company and Kurt!!

This was my first time experience with having to pump out my septic and it was very informative. Kurk, did a terrific job. He was on time, on schedule, very responsive, and informing. He discovered 2 tanks and cleaned them all up. I strongly recommend Kirk if this is your first time. Will hire again.

Kurt is always a pleasure to chat with, but works comes first and he gets the job done in a timely manner. He's never been late and always a professional. Had an emergency with my system, our tank was inches away from overflowing. Called Preston Heckler and got a call back from Kurt within 20 minutes. He got us scheduled as soon as he could and got us all pumped out. He explained everything about what he was seeing with our system and what the problems could be.
