I had a great experience with John at Top Peak for my roof and gutter replacement. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. John and the crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and got everything done faster than I expected—without cutting corners. One thing that really stood out was how well they cleaned up after the job. You wouldn’t even know major work had just been done—the area was spotless. It’s rare to find a contractor that delivers both quality work and great service, but this team nailed it. Highly recommend!

Top Peak Roofing and Blue Collar Builders exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Their team (lead by Steve) was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly and completed the job efficiently with outstanding attention to detail. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the final result looks amazing. John is fantastic to work with. I got four quotes and his was the most competitive he came in on budget without nickle and diming me. He found some additional repairs that needed to be done outside of the estimate and fixed it. The roof looks great, his crew cleaned up after themselves and properly disposed of old materials. During the project he would text me pictures of the progress he made as well as the additonal repairs he made at no charge. You wont regret working with him, the guy cares about his customers which is rare nowadays.

From my initial phone call to John at top peak roofing to the installation of my new roof the entire process was seamless and couldn’t have been easier. John came to my home, inspected my roof and discussed all of my options. We picked out a the new roof, the entire process was explained in detail and the new roof was installed and cleaned up in a day. The guys that installed the roof were great and did a fantastic job.
