Tim and Quint from TAC came this morning to get my Briggs & Stratton generator working again. These guys are everything you'd want in a contractor. Thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, honest, reasonable, friendly, customer oriented. I will call them for yearly maintenance and feel confident of getting the best service.

Before I selected TAC I met with three other air conditioning companies to assess their recommendations, products, and costs for an air conditioning system in a 100 year old house that lacks ductwork. In the process, I learned the importance of the system design. Two of the companies I received proposals from provided builder grade systems which I learned when doing my research. Another company recommended a system that required a 2nd heat pump that added complexity and costs! Instead TAC recommended a compatible 1st floor traditional system along with a 2nd floor ceiling mini split (house doesn’t have ducts)and this design has capacity for expansion. TAC Mechanical did a great job fixing the issue with my heater. I called late on a Monday night, and they came out and fixed the issue within an hour! They were incredible knowledgeable, knowing that the quick fix was going to last, and was able to get back to replace the broken part the next morning. Unbelievable service, and they have now acquired a customer for life.

Tim and TAC Mechanical have been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process for our new HVAC installation process and dual zoning our house. They were detailed in their proposal and responsive to our questions. The installation process was smooth, professional and very clean. Tim and his team took pride in their work and our HVAC set up actually looks nice. All in all, we were very impressed with TAC Mechanical’s work. From a price standpoint, they were definitely the best value especially with using very highly rated HVAC systems and a great install for a really good price point. Highly recommend!
