We had our roof installed by Price’s Home Improvement, and our project manager was Forest Capelli. Forest was very knowledgeable from the start and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He clearly explained costs, handled communication with our insurance company, kept us informed, and even picked up paperwork himself. He truly took over the process so we didn’t have to do much at all. He also helped us choose the roof color, and the roofing crew did an excellent job. The whole process was fast, painless, and the final result looks great — we’ve already received many compliments. We highly recommend Forest and his team at Price’s Home Improvement. Thank you!!

We recently had our roof replaced by Priceless Improvements and had an unbelievably seamless experience all the way with them! From initiating the claim process with the insurance to selecting the roofing material they were very helpful and responsive. The install was quicker then we anticipated with protection all the way around the house, followed by a really well cleanup at the end! We couldn’t ask for a better experience and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing needs!

We just had our roof replaced and new gutters put on by Priceless. Our estimator Steve Johnston worked with us to submit the claim with our insurance company and dealt with all of the issues that went along with that on our behalf. He kept in regular contact with us and was always quick to respond if we reached out. We were in Ohio while our roof project was going on and Steve made sure things were well managed here. The gutter crew came in and did a great job, they made sure the work site was nicely cleaned up when they were finished. When I reached out with a question they were quick to respond and very helpful. Lindsey in the office was awesome to work with as well and very pleasant and knowledgeable.
