Primary Custom Remodeling

Our bathroom remodel took 2.5 / 3 months longer than they said it would and it's not done the way it should be. It looks ok but there are numerous things that are done incorrectly and the whole experience was unprofessional with workers showing up and leaving at randoms times every day but Sunday. I ordered everything and picked half of it up. The time it took to complete, amounts of stress, lack of communication with the owner never coming to work or even look at what's going on, tile is messed up especially around the shower. The metal finish is ok but not ideal and yet we still had to pay $150 for that, grout is two different colors and cut/filled wrong in multiple places, paint and some of the surface is not done correctly, giving a ride to their worker to get stuff bc if we didn't it

They recently re did my roof and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend to anybody!
