Ray came out at 9 pm on a Friday night to check out our furnace - no heat, snowstorm coming and we’re so grateful that he did. He was knowledgeable and professional and 10/10 would call him again.

My furnace went out on Christmas night, and I was worried I’d be stuck with a freezing house when the low was supposed to drop to 16 that night. I called up Prime Time Heating, and to my surprise, they were at my front door within 30 minutes. The technician was professional, identified the problem immediately, and had the heat back on in no time. Finding someone willing to provide such fast, quality service on a major holiday is rare. Really appreciate great service like this!

Truly saved the day for us! We had an issue with our furnace and were without heat. He answered right away, said he’d be out shortly, and showed up super fast , even with the roads being bad from the snow. He texted to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He thoroughly explained what was going on, what needed to be fixed, and walked us through everything so we actually understood the problem. They were super fast fixing it while they were here and had us back up and running (and warm!) in no time. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
