Excellent service, he was there when he said he would be. Cody called me the day before to confirm. Showed me the problem areas that would take extra work but Cody did not charge me for the additional work he was able to get it done. Cody has a very good reputation here in Colorado. He was kind enough to take sometime to help me with another project that I could not move on my own. You will be very happy with Cody, his work, a big smile. A very polite young man.

Cody with Prime Time did a great job on my porch deck, railings, and stairs. He took his time, was very thorough, even washed my grill and some furniture. He restored the deck to its original condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and I recommend him without reservation.

Cody was prompt and thorough in pressure washing our two garage floors and walls in the barn for a wedding we are having in them. He even did extra getting some paint we spilled off the floor. I would use precision pressure wash again.
