Update on Nov 3rd: Prince from Compass sales team reached out after seeing the review, he showed lots of understanding and caring. I truly appreciate the kind words and his attitude of willing to solve this issue. Prince and Pablo from Prime Wood pushed hard for me to get 2 opened boxes exchanged. In fact, I got more than 2 boxes since they allowed me to exchange with really bad ones, and allowed me to open boxes in the warehouse to pick relative good ones (Thanks to Jackson from the warehouse in Union City). With this, I should be able to get my project resumed. Maybe I just got bad luck of receiving many bad pieces, but thanks this team for caring the customers.
