Primos Garage Doors

Lawson did a great job with communicating when he would be arriving. He was to our house last year when one of the garage door springs broke and now this year when one of our wall mounted push buttons needed replacement. Lawson is courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He always tightens the door tracks and oils the springs with each visit. I appreciate his capabilities and efficiency.

Big thanks to Alpha Garage Doors and especially to Chance C for coming and doing an amazing job getting my garage door fixed. Chance was able to diagnose, repair and go above and beyond with my 50 year old door! It’s never opened and closed this well before. Thanks guys!

I cannot praise this company enough! First off, they really embrace customer service. Everyone who works for this company is so kind …especially the owners. And so understanding of what I was dealing with, being exposed as my door wouldn’t shut. They are so responsive and so respectful. They fixed my door immediately. And came back a few months later when the door needed a little tweaking. Good people. Good work. I highly recommend them

Mr Chance Cooke recently installed a new garage door in our home. He arrived on time and then proceeded to work steadily for the next 7+ hours to remove the old door, install and adjust the new door and bottom seal, and install and test the drive motor and numeric keypad. By the time he was done, he had worked well into the night (past 11 p.m.) but, after cleaning up, he took the time to answer my questions and explain all aspects of the installation, remote operation of the door, and safety features. All is now in perfect working order. One seldom finds this level of professionalism and customer service these days. Most highly recommended!
