Tom has been cleaning our carpets for years. Tom is always professional and does a great job on our rugs! He is very friendly, trustworthy, and responsible. He also is very fair in the rates that he charges. As a mother of twin girls, I really appreciate the fact that he does not use any toxic materials. I don't want my children exposed to anything dangerous.

We have had our carpets cleaned twice by Rug Kleen. The first time we had very heavy traffic dirt and he went over it 3 times (no extra charge) and the final result was amazing. The second time we had our carpets and tile cleaned. The end product was as good as new. Tom was very professional and friendly both times. He was on time and very expedient. We would recommend his services to anyone and have already referred several friends.
