Prior Lake Blacktop Inc

We had a few "sinking" areas in our parking lots that according to our salesperson were most likely due to subsurface, deteriorating trees. A team of workers were out soon after approval of the necessary repairs and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Prior Lake Black Top for any commercial or residential repair or replacement. Their communication and workmanship were nothing short of awesome.

Prior Lake Black Top did a FANTASTIC job with our asphalt and road grading. It took a little while to get into the schedule, but we were not in a rush. Office staff was great, the crew that worked at our home was professional and courteous. GREAT JOB !!!

Horrendous experience trying to work with Prior Lake Blacktop. Quite possibly the worse follow-through I've seen from a company. Very happy to take your call up front, but I assure you the service severely declines from there. Save yourself the heartache and call other local business first. PS - I very rarely leave a business review unless they have done an outstanding job or shocked with me with a complete failure, or lacked any attempt to correct a failure.

I just had my third driveway installed by Prior Lake Blacktop. They installed my first one when I built my house in 1994 & they were chosen based on proximity and price. 18 years ago we built an addition to the home that changed the driveway orientation. We went with Prior Lake Blacktop because they were familiar to us and the first driveway held up well. The second driveway did start to dip an inch up next to the third stall and down at the curb we had a crack across an area where we park a 1 ton vehicle. We never had the driveway coated and it was showing some age. Recently we installed a concrete apron we found the asphalt still very pliable - as we tried to lift it, it simply flexed and had to be broken with sledge hammers. Absolutely amazing workmanship and quality. So impressed with how hard the team worked and extreme attention to detail. I did my homework before going with them and everyone said they are the best...because they are! So nice to work with a company that actual does what they say they will and then go above and beyond the customers expectations. Pl Blacktop is the real deal...ps 2nd review I've ever done.
