Awesome! Chris is friendly, fast, and efficient. We had two units go down in 20 degree weather. Chris was out ASAP to give an assessment and get our heat going while a part needed to be ordered. So thankful for Jessica's kind and professional manner while booking and billing. We won't trust anyone else with our heating and air needs. We already have them booked for maintenance when the weather turns warm, again. Thanks, yall!

Chris was hired by an agent to perform work on a homes HVAC system for inspection purposes. Chris did not ensure his duties as he mentioned in his mission statement. Chris patched together the ductwork enough so that it will pass the home inspection. The homeowner was very upset to have a terrible experience during the cold nights, also was very rude when he was contacted about the work he had done. All information received on the invoice was not done properly and there are still problems with the HVAC unit. I really don't want to give any stars but in order for me to leave a review I had no choice. Also I want to upload pictures of what Chris at Priority Heating &Air LLC did. ~Very unsatisfied~

I highly recommend Chris and Priority Heating and Air. He has done quality work for us many times over the years. I also feel confident in referring him to my real estate clients when they have any need for HVAC work. I know that he is going to be honest, show up when he says he will and get the work done correctly.

Chris did a thorough inspection and explained all the details to me so i could make the best decision. He was being honest to the point of being transparent and forthcoming about the operation of the system and his pricing and material choices.
