My experience with Ross was remarkable. Communication was great, punctual and just all around awesome experience and really made us feel priority. House was damages by fire and Ross and his team did amazing with rebuilding. I look forward to future business with Priority home solutions.

Review for Priority Home Solutions October 30, 2025 We are so pleased with the bathroom renovation work done by the owners and their craftsmen. They did a great job demolishing all of the old tile, rebuilding from the sub flooring up, upgrading both the plumbing and electrical before doing the walls, shower and floor. We had the opportunity to select as many aspects as we wanted. Each of the craftsmen who worked in our home were polite, respectful of our home and friendly when interacting with us. Each day, they left the work area clear of debris and made sure that no pathway was blocked. Ross and Lori communicated almost daily with us and kept us apprised of any changes in the schedule or manufacturer’s delays. We could not have envisioned a better outcome. Ross and his team are very professional. We had a house expansion done with 2 rooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. Throughout every aspect of the expansion, Ross was totally involved. Absolutely the best contractor that I have worked with. Very easy to get along with and he even had suggestions as to how the layout of the expansion would work better than our original idea. There were very minimal issues if any, and Ross addressed them immediately. If you are looking for a contractor, I highly recommend Ross and his company Priority Home Solutions. I reached out to Priority Home Solutions on behalf of my daughter and her husband, who own a modest home and are in genuine need of an additional bedroom and bathroom. When the representative visited, the very first thing he felt the need to point out was that "they are not the cheapest." While I encouraged my daughter to consult multiple contractors to make an informed decision, we had hoped for at least a baseline level of professionalism and follow-through. The representative took some measurements and left, stating he would follow up with plans and an estimate. That was over two weeks ago, and my daughter has yet to hear a single word back. They are professional and up front with you from the start and will work with you throw the your project. Any type of construction isn’t always an exact science.
