Vance Installations is considered top notch!! They are very professional and all around amazing. They came in and cleaned my crawl space and repaired a few items and installed the vapor barrier, creating a completely different look than before. My point of contact Evan, was awesome as he provided insight and a plethora of information to me on what they would being doing and when they could complete the job. For it to such short notice as I was in the process of selling the job got complete in weeks time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Vance Installations to anyone as well use them again myself!!

All of the employees including the office personnel were the best. Evan came and inspected we sat down together and he explained everything we needed. The installers were here on time as scheduled. Very nice gentleman and hardworking. We were sent pictures when everything was done and they had done excellent work. I was clearly explained the work that was going to be done to encapsulate my home’s crawl space and all my multiple questions were answered in detail. They show up at the scheduled time and addressed my concerns. I’m very pleased with the work done, their integrity and expertise.

The Vance Insulation technician, Kyler, came at the scheduled time, inspected and serviced the 2 dehumidifiers in our crawl space, locked up everything and reported to me that all was in perfect condition and dry as a bone, and left. All within approx. 45 minutes. He was, polite, informative and efficient. So far this is exactly what I have experienced with Vance every time I've dealt with them. Good people to deal with.

Vance Insulation did a great job on our crawl space encapsulation. From start to finish, everyone was courteous and professional, with no pressure for upgrades or unneeded services. Pricing was fair, and when some items were found not to be needed, the quote was according adjusted promptly. The installation crew was on-time and finished as scheduled. They kept me apprised of their progress and status. Great and easy/comfortable experience.
