My dishwasher needed service. The tech came by and left within 20 mins. He had no idea what he was doing. He said the motor needed to be replaced. That was 9/24. Today is 10/7, I called the company for an update and they told me the part have not been order because they don’t have the serial and model number of the unit. Are you kidding me? How come the tech didn’t gather that information when he came here on 9/24? And how come they didn’t call me to let me know in the first place? Worst company ever

My warranty company was ready to replace the item the technician could not repair, but this contractor refused to recommend a replacement. Instead they wanted to keep repairing so they could make money multiple times. Never hiring them again for any repairs.

The work performed was not up to code. Trying to schedule repairs was close to impossible with a non-responsive office. Calls would not be returned and email responses were vague to the point where it was unclear what was being discussed.

Elme Germantown hires this company to fix there air conditioners.Took them eight tries before my AC got fixed.Three months with no AC.
