Nathaly was very thorough in explaining the whole process of the roof replacement. I was denied more than once by my insurance. She assured me that she knew the insurance game and how to beat them and make then do their job that I pay for. I was tired of dealing with insurance and honestly thought Id have to just pay out of pocket. Thanks to Nathaly, I have a new roof paid by my insurance and it is beautiful. The owner was very rude after I enquired about a missing affidavit document. The project manager William only came to scrape up the payment, not to ensure that the project was done properly.Please run for this terrible unprofessional company. They don’t know what they’re doing. They deserve negative zero.

My wife and I had the pleasure of Working with Edwin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He felt more like a consultant. Taught us a lot about hail and wind damage and repair as well as new roof installation. He walked us through the process step by step and we knew exactly what to expect. In the end we got a new roof installed to our exact preferences. There were many quality options to choose from and we got a great warranty. Edwin definitely made it a pleasant experience. Hopefully these people are around 20 years from now to re-do our roof, can barely find good people like this nowadays.
