Close to a month late and still no communication to start the job. Unreachable by phone for days until, finally, someone answers. The guy sounded like he might have been high. He slowly managed to mumble something about high volume of calls. Not capable of relaying a message or evening taking one down. He slurred "I feel sorry for you" a few times then just hung up. Are these 5-star reviews legitimate? Update: Finally, they came. Completely different experience from the initial phone interaction. The work was excellent and the people were professional and very tidy. Initial experience: 1 star. Final experience: 5 stars. Average: 3 stars.

Thoroughly impressed with the neat and clean job, truly professionals! I recommend them for any house painting in Connecticut.

Absolutely cannot reach this company by phone. Think they may be out of business.
