My toilet tank cracked and needed to be replaced. Kevin arrived yesterday to inspect and provide a quote. He provided excellent customer service and I got a new toilet installed today. He even hauled away my old toilet. I am so thankful he did everything for me as my back was injured in a car accident and I cannot carry heavy objects. Kevin was quick at installing the toilet and did a very clean job (no mess at all!!!). I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Kevin!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!! I had a simple kitchen sink plug which took then 10-15 min to snake yesterday and they charged us $525😳🤯 I attached pictures of what it should cost and what it would cost to buy your own snake and do it yourself. Don’t make the same mistake I did!! There’s a plumber is a plumber on every corner, do yourself a favor and call someone else that DOESN’T RIP YOU OFF!!

I asked to replace main water valve and all angle stops. The plumber measured the pressure, which was to high, and suggested to replace pressure limiter to prevent future issues. The plumber was very nice and explanatory. I agreed to his suggestion and he came the next day to do the work. Work was done perfectly.

Andy Chavez is great and a very professional individual who knows exactly what’s needed to solve your plumbing issues- well rounded individual who gave us the best advice for water filter and tankless water heater. Kudos to Andy and his team!!!

Pristine Plumbing just finished fixing our clogged toilet. This is an absolutely 1st rate company. They were on time and efficient. Jim Foley (our technician) was great. He's a mixture of knowledge and integrity.
