Pro 356 Electrical Co

This is a Commercial/Industrial Electrical company, that has exceptional electricians, as well as the owners/staff that work in the office. If you are looking for a commercial electrical company, you are in great hands with Pro356. Their employees are courteous and work proficiently to get the job done. I noticed two previous reviews, none of which could or would have happened. My guess is a disgruntled ex employee.

I am new to kinston but the way I treated at this establishment was far from good customer service. Their website stated that they were open at the time I called, when I called, the phone rang many times and when sometimes did pick up he answered, what do you want. I was stunned and when I didn’t know how to react his response was, that’s what I thought and hung up. After this I called back and he answered with the same response of, what do you want and I told him that I wanted information and he told me that he was tired of the phone ringing and that they were closed. This brings me back to their website for that clearly stated that they were open. After this rude interaction with the individual on the phone I told him that I wouldn’t bother them again and that I would never be using
