PRO Carpet Cleaning

Honestly... was quite unsatisfied with this service and I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I sent out my area rug and was initially given a 7-10 day turn around which is to be expected with carpet cleaning. I waited over a month. During that time, my texts were ignored and I was left in the dark on the status of my carpet, wasn't even sure if I was going to get it back at this point. When I was finally able to reach him, he informed me about some personal issues going on, which I understood, stuff happens but at least communicate that with your clients. The date kept getting pushed back further and further to when I finally received my carpet back, but it came back in worse condition. The clerk who answered my phone was incredibly helpful! I was new to the city and needed to clean my late father’s suite. She helped me with the paperwork and simple instructions. I know she was just doing her job but she really made a bad day a little better.
