Top Tier Fencing review We recently had some new fencing installed at our place in Mcmillan area. Top Tier Fencing did the work and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish they were amazing. From same day estimating, to great communication. Product is excellent and at a great price. We removed the old galvanized steel chain link and replaced with black corrugated metal and red cedar Fencing at the sides of the house. We also installed a red cedar fence to separate tenant space from ours, and give a little yard for our tenant.

We are Super happy with our new Fence! Balwinder and his crew were very professional and worked hard. Great communication and was always quick to reply and come out for a quote. They removed the old and installed the new fence in one day, a 13 panel fence. Very impressed! Half the fence run was right beside mature trees with brutal roots and they made it look easy 👌🏼 highly recommend Top Tier Fencing ! They even added some post caps on an existing section of fence that had no caps.

We recently had our cedar fence replaced by Top Tier Valley Fencing and I can absolutely 100% recommend this company! Dealing with Balwinder was very easy. When he came by to do the estimate to replace the fence shared by my neighbour and me, he was very professional, polite, and explained the work in detail. His pricing was extremely fair! He was also very easy to contact via email for follow-up questions. On installation day, Balwinder and his crew showed up on time, explained what was going to happen and got started immediately. I actually could not believe how quickly these guys were able to take down my old fence and get the new one up. They were able to install over 120 linear feet of 6ft fence, a large rear gate for my neighbour and a smaller side gate for me, in just a few hours.

Had our entire 28-panel fence and 3 gates replaced with 6x8 clear cedar by Top Tier Valley Fencing after seeing the quality of their work at a neighbour’s house. Did a fantastic job at a great price, including removal and disposal. Panels and workmanship are excellent. Left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
