I hired Sutherland to complete a landscaping work at my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The crew worked hard, the workmanship was great, the project was done on-time and on-budget, and service throughout the whole process was superb! Jesse was our foreman and was kind, courteous and did a great job. I will be using Sutherland again and will be recommending them to my family and friends !

Sutherland Landscaping is great!! They did excellent work rebuilding our retaining wall and installing irrigation hoses. They stuck to their quote and had competent, kind workers on site. They had clear communication about every stage. Check out the before and after photos!

We’ve had Sutherland Landscaping taking care of our complex since February, and in just seven months they’ve completely transformed it. The grounds look amazing, and so many owners have commented on how happy they are with the maintenance and improvements. I love that I can actually enjoy my little patio this year. Fred and his team are professional, friendly, and excellent at what they do. We just had them do our spring maintenance, and can't wait for everything to fill in beautifully in the next few weeks. Fred also ensures that his staff are trained regularly, and helps them become better people through mentorship. Definitely a small business I'm very happy to support and recommend.

2022 Update: Within a day of hearing of the problem below, Fred contacted me and then came out to take a look at the issue. Some of the problem was due to a mole getting into the garden after Fred had completed the work and making one heck of a mess. Some was because of a few bulbs and roots that had escaped Fred's careful eye. Regardless, Fred went to work and fixed the problem, promptly! Fred also came up with a solution to prevent further weeds from appearing next year. The smile is back on my face!! 1 yr. later and I am not as pleased with the work Fred did. I was clear that makeover was to produce a low maintenance garden, yet despite laying lots of landscape fabric down, before putting down the river rock, there are weeds popping up all over. Doesn't look quite so fantastic any more.
