When I called to get estimate the lady that answered the phone said she would call me back later with a time that they would come out to give estimate, and she called back exactly when she said she would with a appointment time the next day. Aaron showed up the next day and was very thorough on what they would do and when they could come and do the work. The workers Eric and his coworker ( didn't catch his name ) showed up when they said they would and explained what they were going to do and said I could watch if I wanted to. They were very polite and did a great job. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommend this company

My husband and I spent a long time trying to determine the best method to fix our 20+ year-old concrete pool deck. The deck had developed several large cracks and starting to sink. We talked with several companies that lift concrete and also explored removing the old concrete and pouring a new deck. After talking with Aaron (several times), we decided to use Pro Concrete. We called Pro Concrete Leveling to get a quote to fix our front porch that was showing signs of settling. Aaron came and gave us a fair priced estimate and said that if we agreed to the price and work to be done that they could send the guys later the same day. As promised Jared and Justin came and accessed the situation and came up with a plan that worked perfectly. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. They both took pride in their work and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are very pleased with the prompt service, excellent work and fair priced. We highly recommend this company!

Wish we could give them 10 stars instead of 5! We submitted a request for a quote and within an hour they had called to set up a date to come out. They came the next day before 9am and by 9:30 they were already working on our front porch. They were so informative and professional. They even offered to fix the back porch while they were here. They had BOTH porches fixed in 5 hours! We can’t even believe the difference. It saved us tons of money in new concrete and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
