Pro-Klean

STAY FAR AWAY FROM PRO-KLEAN! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was a nightmare dealing with Pro-Klean every step of the way. We had water damage in our front entry way, bedroom, and finished basement after a big storm on 2/27/2024. We filed a claim with our then home insurance company, Progressive, and they told us we had to work with Pro-Klean for the mold remediation and restoration project. Communication was abysmal all throughout the project with our project manager, Rob, our claims rep, Charles, and everyone else we tried contacting. Pro-Klean uses a vendor to obtain workers, it seems like they just grab guys off the street who have no experience. They had to completely remove all of the walls down to the studs and then replace everything. The sheetrocking was not done properly an

Louis did such professional work tile and flooring looked absolutely perfect! Nice great guy also did side job new composite staircase- Amazing work everyone saying how great everything looks ! Would definitely re-hire for my next project

ProKlean was excellent to work with from start to finish. The communication is very timely. Appointments were always dependable. Questions were answered quickly . Each of the various subcontractors maintained a high standard of work. ProKlean also worked very well with the insurance company. This saved me considerable time and effort. We were glad to have chosen ProKlean and would do so again if the need arises.

Pro-Klean recently worked on a situation in our home where water had damaged our bathroom and kitchen ceiling. They came in and re-tiled the bathroom floor, plus painted the walls and installed a new toilet and vanity. They also repaired kitchen ceiling, taking all the cupboards down and replacing them in perfect condition. We were concerned about how the kitchen would go back together before the work was done, but it is now complete and you'd never know! The workers were professional and friendly and were always on the job when they said they'd be. Recommended.

Pro-Klean was recommended by my homeowner insurance company, Allstate. They responded immediately to the flooding in my basement from a broken pipe and cleaned it up swiftly, and dried it out. They had to remove some wallboard that got wet and found some asbestos in it and in some of the tiled floor. Their asbestos abatement crew was very efficient and did a thorough job, leaving the area very clean. Pro-Klean really took the worry out of it for us. Their point man, Steve, was in very good communication with us. He always immediately took our calls and kept us updated on the procedures.
