I have used Pro Max a couple of times and could not be happier with the service they provide. Paul and Boris came out last week to repair the indoor ice make in the refrigerator. The issue was not corrected so they came back since it was under warranty. They were able to correct the concern and the ice maker is working perfectly. Paul and Boris explained everything during the repair which I really appreciated. They both are very proffesional, courteous and thorough. They never try to sell you anymore than is needed and always makes it right. The people who answer the phone have always been great and know what the are doinging.They respond quickley to messages and phone calls and are very friendly and courteous. Had an issue with the display screen on an older Kitchen Aid double oven. Elijah came out and quickly determined that the module was no longer made but refurbished units were available. A week or so later the part came in and Elijah came back and installed it. It wasn't cheap but it was fixed...and cost a LOT less than a double oven! Highly recommended Pro Max

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The washing machine repair was handled in a careless and unprofessional manner. The technician seemed rushed, barely inspected the unit, and confidently claimed the issue was fixed. In reality, the problem was never resolved. Shortly after the visit, the machine stopped working again, making the entire repair completely pointless. The price charged was far too high for the quality of work provided. When I tried to follow up, communication was slow, vague, and ultimately stopped altogether. No accountability, no proper support, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. I strongly advise staying away from this service

My three year old LG Dryer had loose baffles (the wings that fluff inside the dryer drum)... and although I googled how to fix it, I wasn't about to remove the top and do it. The ProMax gent who came was great - he handled it efficiently and with great communication. The dryer works great again!
