My wife and I have been using Brian and his Pro Pressure team for about 5 years. We always get a timely and totally professional job. Our roof and solar panels, plus our dryer vent are done twice a year. Any dirt on the panels or early mold on the roof are quickly removed. The dryer vent fills with lint from clothes. Updated review. I just had Brian and his team from Pro Pressure Clean come back to pressure wash my patio and clean my dryer vent.They were last here nine months ago and already my dryer vent was blocked and the mold returned to my patio. Once again, they did a terrific job and were here and gone in an hour. I was amazed to see how much lint was in my vent, nearly a gallon! I knew it was blocked up because the dryer was taking twice as long to dry clothes. It is a very dangerous situation when that happens because the lint can catch fire. I have used this company for all my pressure cleaning needs for several years. They were just here and I have scheduled them again for additional work later this summer. The owner, Brian, is always onsite as part of the team. His work ethic is exactly what most home owners want in a contractor. He provides a written estimate in advance and when they arrive, he discusses the estimate with the homeowner so that everyone is in agreement with the scope of work. He has never missed the time slot for when he was to arrive and either calls or sends a text message advising he is on his way. Most importantly, their work is performed to my satisfaction.
