recently had a visit from Kyle Valdez with Pro Roofing America. While we didn’t end up getting a full inspection during this visit, Kyle was courteous and professional throughout our interaction. He was respectful and took the time to speak with us, which we appreciated. Although I can't comment on the quality of the work or inspection process, based on this initial meeting, Kyle made a positive impression.

Overall a very good experience. PRA was on-site with the insurance adjuster and worked with the insurance company to make sure all issues were understood. PRA was excellent with communication and keeping me up to date. Roof replacement was done in a timely manner and with quality.
