I had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Memphis did a fantastic job inspecting my roof and helping me get everything set up for a full replacement. He worked hard to get us an affordable price without cutting corners and made sure our roof was installed using the best materials available. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure everything went smoothly, which really showed his professionalism and care. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Communication was great between Office (Robin), Salesman ( Mike Walker), and Onsite Supervisor (Hafid). The installers were really under pressure to install my roof due to impending ice storm and they finished my roof in one day. Supervisor sent photos from the roof as materials were removed and roof was inspected. Kept me informed through photos, videos and phone calls as to any repairs needed, underlayment being installed and asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. Best roof I have ever had installed! I have been very impressed by the work this company has provided. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Pro Roofing and Siding for the above and beyond job they did in getting our water damage/siding repaired. Joanna R. was our Restoration Specialist and did a phenomenal job explaining what was needed to complete the project. The estimate was straightforward, itemized and honest in pricing. It included in-depth photos and detailed plans for next steps. Chris was our Project Superintendent and also did an exemplary job. He checked in frequently and made sure the crew did everything as planned. All steps were communicated perfectly. The repair also included preventative measures to avoid future water infiltration. Pro Roofing did a great job of being efficient in the roof repair on my home, as well as removing all the rotten wood behind my gutters. They were a professional crew who did a great job of clean up after the job was completed. I had a couple minor issues to get resolved, and they came back out and fixed the issue no question. I had gutters installed a few years ago, and last week we noticed that a section was starting to come loose. Chad came out the same day to figure out what we needed, and a few days later Chris and Lorenzo came out to fix the issue. Customer service and communication have been amazing through the process.
