Pro Seal Solutions

Summer 2019 work. We had sidewalks and cement steps lifted/leveled. We also had one section of driveway cement ripped out and replaced. Not impressed. First, they lost our order and only after we called to ask about the status were we rebooked. Next, they did not initially fix one section of sidewalk, which “was’ included in the estimate and we had to point out. Next, they damaged two areas of existing driveway not being replaced with their Bobcat and tried to charge us for their cost to fix. Furthermore, they broke a small section of stone veneer siding on our garage and the owner stated "we don't fix that." This still is not fixed. Pro Seal Solutions did a great job insulating our garage attic. They were courteous while they were here and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. (And I really enjoy the extra storage space they created!)

I had a large patio slab. They put more than 5 large cracks in the slab and then they were unable to lift the slab level. Their proposal was to cut groves in the concrete to channel water away from the basement wall. $3000 dollars for caulking and an uneven slab. I didn't want water groves cut into the slab so I still have water running toward the basement and when the caulk fails and it will in time the water will run down the basement wall. $3000 wasted. Don't buy from them!

In March we worked on Mr. Sautter's truck at Pro Seal Solutions. Now he refuses to pay his bill to us. He agreed to the prices at the time. Be very careful working with them.

Doug Stucky and his crew at Pro Seal Solutions were great to work with in addressing some issues we were having with our driveway. Went above and beyond our expectations!
