Everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail, which really gave me peace of mind. Scheduling and communication were smooth, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Protech is a a fantastic all around household repair service company. I have been a customer for decades when the company first opened, and they only had the HVAC service. While the company has undergone management change and really grown (they now offer plumbing and electrical services), they have maintained the service quality and friendliness of the original small company.
