Pro-Tech was contracted to perform a first floor/exterior renovation on our home. First things I noticed were that they stole all of my power tools, As well as stealing my little giant ladder. I found cases of beer and empty cans all throughout the car port. They stole 20+gallons of paint I had for use with my business. They left over 30 cubic yards of construction trash in our car port. I know it was that much because I hand loaded each dumpster I had delivered. They did not complete plumbing to new bathroom fixtures, every bit of tile work they did was terrible, leaving more mud fingerprints on the walls, than my toddler would while finger painting. One porch pillar of my house needed to be replaced because of rot. I called around to get quotes from multiple local companies. Pro Tech Contracting gave me a good price, and offered to work according to my schedule. The owner, Larry, was easy to communicate and work with. His team completed the work on schedule. It is not easy to find a good house repair team these days. I am glad I chose this company, and will hire them again in the future. An additional note: a couple of days later, I noticed a defect on top of the replaced pillar. I contacted Larry and he sent workers back to fix the problem. Very quick response.

I recently used Pro-Tech to replace a rotten support post on my carport. They were fast, responsive and did great work, replacing the old post and caulking with new, pressure-treated wood, and didn't go over the estimate they gave me, despite needing to change some materials as the job progressed. I used Larry and his team to address a little mold issue in my bathroom - essentially removing and replacing some drywall, I couldn't have been happier with the process. Timely, affordable, and great communication! Would certainly hire again.

Protech contracting was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help with unexpected repairs needed after significant water damage to my house.
