Edward was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the AC motor issue and even went above and beyond to examine the furnace blower motor that was also having issues and turned out to have a cracked heat exchanger. He was able to get us options and recommendations so we could schedule a replacement as soon as possible. Thanks! After an AC inspection performed by Ed, it was determined the best course of action was a complete AC replacement. Ed got a quote out that same day and personally installed the unit the next day. Overall, Ed has done a great job servicing my AC and furnace, and he is very helpful, knowledgeable, and open to any questions I have. I would highly recommend Pro Tech to anyone who has HVAC service/replacement needs.
