After ok service on mowing in 2021. Contacted them for fall clean up and areation of our yard to help with winter drainage. After supposed clean up arrived at the home couple days after. Pics show what I found. I sent an email asking what was included in clean up and ressponse is in qoutes "Overall, a fall clean up consists of a property clean up that involves leaf removal of what’s down, a mowing and bagging, flower bed maintenance, and debris removal. It looks like the aeration was always on the radar to be completed but was never got to within the crew’s day’s work" Charged me $250 and pics show they did nothing that was included. Will never do buisness with them again and suggest you do not either.

I have tried to reach them several times regarding our landscaping and mowing and after 5 voicemails I still have yet to get a call back. As a local business in the area, my advice is to actually answer your customers and care about them if you want to ever gain new customers and keep current customers. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

They came pretty quickly to look at my property saying they would have a quote in a few days. I called a week later and they said they would send it the next day. It's now been 3 weeks and no quote. I will have to assume this lack of follow through would be the same if they were doing my project so I guess I will be looking elsewhere.

They were supposed to be at my house and start up my sprinkler system, but they didn't show. Not that this is unusual, they did the same thing last year and the year before when we bought a new $500 pump from them. They installed the pump and got paid, but since they didn't get the system turned on and working, we've never had a chance to use the pump. They've been very unreliable and unresponsive. The woman who mans the phones is very nice, but that hasn't been helpful to me.

Unreliable, unprofessional and horrible customer service. I wish I could rate them a zero. Never hire this company!
