The owner Phil Jones is a top-notch businessman and treats his employees and customers fairly and with respect. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are satisfied with their completed job and that it has been accomplished in a professional way. We experienced this personally when we contracted Pro4Mance to repair damage from the hailstorm that hit our area in March this year. Mike, Alan, Steve, Will, and Austin did an amazing job fixing our house. Amazing! Our house caught fire April 17th. Took about 2 months to get the insurance claim moving but once Pro4mance got started, they didn't stop till the job was done. They went above and beyond fixing our house. Everything is the same or better. They fixed every corner, every nail pop, and removed all the damaged items. You can't ask for a better team than this. You want a 5 star team, this is it! Pro4Mance is an exceptional company with great leadership and a tremendous team. I highly recommend them for water damage clean-up like we had. They were in and out quickly and did a fantastic job. We've used them multiple times and we'll certainly call them again if we have additional basement issues.

We had experienced a house fire on 2/20/25 reaching out to Pro4Mance they sent their project manager mike out to access the damages. we had worked with Mike from day 1 of our restoration, his communication skills is excellent and he is great at organizing materials and man power. Along with everything mentioned mike is also very up front and honest a true man of his word.
