I would not recommend this company. Their employees do a terrible job at cleaning. Our building is constantly dirty due to the lack of attention provided by Craig and his employee. We have also found their employees to stand around on their phone and not clean while on the clock. We have also documented them leaving our building earlier than their scheduled time. I personally asked the them to clean our wash down and clean our stairs as there is built up dirt. His response was I can sweep but the dirt will keep coming back so I will not wash the stairs. It is important to note that this company does light maintenance of which they changed light bulbs and broke the light fixtures.
