Charles did an amazing job building our Pergola! Charles had a vision for the pergola, and ended up creating a beautiful structure for us to enjoy all year round. His communication throughout the project was great, and the project only took a short amount of time to complete (given the nasty weather we had!). Charles had a lot of attention to detail, and even went as far as setting the three benches at different heights for us to test out and see which height we preferred to sit at. We had a wonderful experience with Professional Outdoor, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for outdoor services.

My experience with Charles has been absolutely fantastic. He goes way above and beyond. Everything from planning to execution has been flawless. If I could describe his level of service and concern I would call it concierge. I have never met anyone who enjoys his job more than Charles. He derives much pleasure out of seeing his clients get exactly what they want. Everything we could think of he was able to do. From a water feature in our existing pool to matching an existing large tree in our front yard. I am pretty picky about things and he has been able to execute everything without a hitch. We had the pleasure of working with Charles and his company creating the most beautiful paver patio and firepit in our backyard. Among the many things I liked was that Charles helped create our space, was hands on during the whole project, kept me posted on developments and was able to be reached at any given time. We added landscape lighting which made an amazing difference. Our neighbors were so impressed that several have contracted with Charles for projects. Thanks again Charles. It was our pleasure.

Charles Hall and his crew executed precise, dare I say, PERFECT, workmanship for a complete transformation of my patio and driveway. He listened to my ideas and synthesized them into a coherent and beautiful interpretation of the architect's drawing. He has excellent taste. Best, he was incredibly responsive and intuitive. A hesitation or even mild question on my part was immediately met with a full exploration of my concern until it was fully addressed.
