Experiencing a forest walk with Trey Wilson of Trey Gardens is not to be missed! We had a wonderful opportunity to walk with Trey’s guidance through the Jacksonville Arboretum on Valentine’s Day. It was 3 hours of self care, serenity, gratefulness and healing reflections, all while really absorbing the wonder of Mother Nature that Trey helped us see. Such a perfect day!

My roommate, coworkers, and I had the most amazing Saturday morning on this nature therapy journey with Trey Gardens as our host! The entire experience was peaceful, grounding, and so refreshing. We loved the scavenger hunts that got us fully immersed in nature, the grounding exercises that helped us feel present, and the beautiful tea ceremony that wrapped it all up with a sense of calm and connection. Trey was truly amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to bond with my coworkers while also reconnecting with ourselves and the natural world. We left feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply refreshed. Trey curated a wonderful experience, encouraging us to engage our senses and be present in the moment. We did mindful walking, explored different textures, and even shared our observations with each other. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and with a renewed appreciation for nature. We had such a great experience working with Trey on our yard! From the start, he really listened to what we wanted and helped us come up with a plan that looked amazing and fit within our modest budget. He didn’t just design the space—he taught us about every plant and how to keep them alive (which is saying a lot, because I’m known for killing anything green).
