Terminix

I have an annual plan with Terminix for both subterranean and dry wood termites. Terminix has been watching over our house for many years. Peter, our inspector, is wonderful. He is an expert and is thorough, but also very friendly. I always look forward to his visits and I know that our house is in good hands.

Jose is the best part of Terminex! He’s always so friendly and does a wonderful job keeping all of the little guests that weren’t invited out of the house. If you have Jose do your treatments you already know what a phenomenal team member he is. If you don’t, you should call and get started with evicting the bugs from your home.

Jose Lopez with Terminex provides pest control services for our home. He has been our favorite technician for years. He is always prompt, courteous, and communicates well. He reminds us of our scheduled appointment the day before. He texts when he is on the way and when he arrives. He listens to our concerns and takes steps to address them. He lets us know when the service is complete and if there are any extra actions that he has taken to address situations that he observed during his inspection. He is delight to work with.

We’ve had Terminix services for nearly 20 years between two different residences. We’ve always gotten great service and established great rapport between our technicians. Our current technician, Jose Lopez, is always professional, thorough, and courteous. He always explains the scope of work and goes above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. He is truly an asset to the industry, and we are beyond pleased to have him as our tech. He is always welcomed in our home.

Jose Lopez was my service provider today and did a great job as he always does. He explained what was included in the service and gave suggestions regarding what I could do as a homeowner to improve property conditions to reduce chances of insect problems.
