Professional Plumbing & Heating

I had a magnificent experience with this company. Everybody that I dealt with was amazing. I had a disaster at my rental property and they came to my rescue. Gretchen was an absolute angel that bent over backwards for me to make the process as easy as possible. She was an absolute angel. When I initially called I was so super stressed out but after I spoke to her I was very relieved. They came out to my property in record time and took care of the issue. The gentlemen that came out was very kind and knowledgeable. Bob and Gina are so wonderful as well. The prices are great and the service was incredible. I can't help but feel I was taken advantage of, being a single woman. Leonard came into my home and was as nice as can be. He talked and In fact, that's just about what I ended up paying for, conversation! He would even come down the hallway to talk to me in my kitchen. He took out my bathroom facet and replaced it with a new one. Granted, he had to cut it off, but that still only took a minute. He was in my home from 1205pm to 2:30pm. The actual "work" he performed was an hours worth. He charged me for 2 and 3/4 hours. I'll have to say, I am feeling very used by this company. There is no way this job should have cost me $249. I thought the days were gone that a woman couldn't take care of her own home without thinking she needed a man there to get the businesses to do their job without tr

Leonard talks, talks and talks. Be prepared to pay for that conversation because the hours he spends talking to you is counted in his time spent at your home. He spent 2 1/2 hours working but we got charged for 5 1/2 hours. Called to complain about the bill and his foul language. Was told owner would return my call. Still Waiting for that return call. Will not recommend

I was sooooo surprised when I searched out this company to give a review that it has a 1 star rating. If it was possible to leave 0 stars i would. Apparently the only reason you should call these people is if you have a leaky faucet. Anything more complicated they will refuse. And even then the "plumber" will likely be rude and act like you're wasting his time. They need to either drop the name 'Professional' or 'Plumbing' from the business name.

Friendly people and the job was done. However, I was overcharged for a job on my salt tank, the hours listed that they "worked" on the salt tank were not accurate upon further examination so unfortunately I will not be using them again. Apparently not the only one who has had this issue, as you can see in other reviews.
