On Sunday, I found empirical proof that a raccoon had made our oak tree its new home. I Googled Professional Wildlife Services and within minutes was able to request a call back for an appointment. That call came at 9am Monday morning (impressively fast) and Zach left me a voicemail.When I called back, HE ANSWERED THE PHONE! Zach spoke with me briefly about the raccoon and said he’d be by Tuesday around 11-12. On Tuesday I received an email telling me that Zach was about 15 min from arriving and then 15 min later he arrived. Super easy to talk to, knew what to do and talked me through my options. We set two traps and less than 48 hours later, we had caught the raccoon. HIGHLY recommend the company and the service!

Zac was incredibly helpful and patient. He saved a bird that had gotten trapped in my chimney and then took the time to solve the mystery of how it got there in the first place (it was not through the top, it turns out there was a little hole that I never would have noticed on my own). I can not recommend Professional Wildlife Services Inc. highly enough.

Zac did such a great job at not only helping us catch the bat to be sent to the rehabilitation center, but also educated us on bats. He was very kind from the initial conversation and was very upfront with what potential cost could be. He arrived with tools on hand and was ready to go. Thanks again Zac for the help. Zac and the staff at Professional Wildlife Services are wonderful to work with. They are very quick to respond, excellent at communicating and keeping customers in the loop regarding progress on their job. They thoroughly explain the process that they are going to employ to eradicate whatever problem animal(s) that the customer has encountered. In our case, they had to work with a condominium Board of Directors, which is certainly never easy. They always responded to our questions ( there were many) promptly. I would highly recommend engaging their services to anyone who has the need. They are local, affordable, and great to work with!

Zac was absolutely amazing to work with. We had bats in our chimney and mouse proofed our foundation with Professional Wildlife services.
