If I could choose negative star review, I absolutely would. I spoke with the general manager of the West Sacramento location, and let me tell you, it was the worst interaction I have ever had. She instantly gave me attitude, began arguing with me and asking me who I was and making sure she let me know she was the "General Manager." She cut me off multiple times and then proceeded to hang up on me. I don't know how this lady found herself in any kind of management position, because she shouldn't be allowed to have any kind of interaction with civilized people. If you ever find yourself needing any kind of assistance from Pro Floors, absolutely under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you speak with Shyleen. She will ruin your day.

We were referred by my brother who did his floors for his Sacramento home in April. I’m so glad we went with ProFloors. We love the results. Catherine, the marketing manager, was so great to work with. She’s professional, responsive, and transparent. Same goes for the contractors, Marcos and Jesus. They got the job done beautifully and so fast, which was a huge convenience for my family because we have 2 toddlers who would not stay put for long. There were some areas in the house where I truly appreciated their honest feedback. I highly recommend ProFloors, although I hear they are no longer doing residential homes. I’m so grateful that they were able to fit us in.

I'm a realtor who had a carpet emergency and needed a set of stairs done before we could get photos done. These guys are very professional and reasonably priced. I was surprised I was able to get them to come in to do the work so fast. They were also very professional. Paul was excellent at communicating and getting my client 's account set up, then Sinthia had my time and date coordinated as soon as the deposit was in. Finally, the boys Rito and Alexis who did the work were professional, fast, and clean. The stairs look great. Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to this new relationship.

ProFloors did an outstanding job start to finish with an 850 sq ft commercial space we needed new flooring for. Great Reps- customer service-professional skilled workers. I've been in Property Management in Oakland for over 20 years and I highly recommend this company.
