Good: They performed an emergency repair on my system while I was out of town. Fair price & quality of work appears to be very good. Linda, who handles the scheduling is very nice. It sounds like they've been in business a long time and run a sort of "mom & pop" operation, which I generally prefer. Bad: I tried to schedule another appt to look at another issue with my system, but they would only book at 8hr window of time. I adjusted my schedule waited all day...but they never showed. I re-booked with them for a 4hr block of time in the morning (they made an exception because of the missed appt). They didn't show up for that either.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job! While not a large project, he treated it very professionally and with great care. We requested the job be completed quickly and within a certain time frame and he made certain it happened. He had great ideas and suggestions as well. Appreciate him and his crew and would recommend 100%!

We contracted Progressive Pump to assess our water irrigation system, in part to tweek water distribution to maximize plant water exposure. We also wanted a smart sprinkler/timer system that might be more efficient (the system tracks the amount (lack) of water the plants receive). Tom (heads the company) was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to texts/emails. The team arrived promptly and did the job with minimal disruption to our yard. The water spread for each sprinkler was individually assessed. Tom was patient when it came to showing us the sprinkler system software interface and most important, returned in a timely manner when necessary to tighten connections or further tweak the system. Good communication and execution. We recommend Tom and his team.

I had been having problems during the pandemic of getting anyone to come and replace the pump and update the system. Once we found Progressive Pump and gave them a call things moved fast. Tom returned my call that afternoon (on a Thursday) and was here with his crew on Monday morning. They spent about 5 hours getting things up and running, explained the entire system to me and have been very quick to respond when I've had a question.
