Having our kitchen remodeled 6 years ago, we purchased our faucet from PROHS. Unfortunately, the head was giving us some problems. When I called to see if we could replace the head with a newer model, Amy informed us that our faucet had a LIFETIME WARRANTY. All I had to do was email their customer service and they would replace the part - FREE! WE RECEIVED THE PART WITHIN A WEEK!!!! That's what I call great customer service.

Five years ago we had our kitchen remodeled. Pro Home Supply was the vendor for the faucet that was installed. When I contacted them recently about an issue with the kitchen faucet, "Seth" advised that the model in the finish we chose years ago was no longer being produced. He did offer to send us ASAP the sprayer head from a new model in the same finish that would fit ours. Two days later we found the part hand delivered to our doorstep. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and fulfilling a life time warranty on a model that's no longer made or stocked. Thank you Seth, 5 Star customer service.

wow, talk about great local service! I had my kitchen redone over a year ago, and had no idea where my faucet came from, it had a small and occasional drip, called the folks that did my kitchen, they called PROHS, who showed up really promptly to change out the cartridge. I asked how I could do it myself it it every happened again, and ws told my the technician, (Sorry, didn't get his name) that should it happen again, I just needed to call! Apparently this place manufactured their own faucets! Im impressed!

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen in 2017 and the contractor installed your products. Some dirt and grime got stuck in our faucet head (pretty sure it was a product of our bad water) and it was almost completely clogged. I called Proh’s and spoke with Seth, who couldn’t have accommodated our need more. He offered to come to the house and replace the faucet head (free of charge), AND do it within a few days. Not only did he do it free of charge, but he did it within 24 hours. He brought the faucet head to my front door, took a picture of the delivery, texted it to me, and called to verify. Not only has this company gained a client for life, but also someone who will refer them to anyone who is considering a remodeling or replacement. Thanks again, Seth. You’ve brought my wife back to
