"Terminate Your Problems"? More like terminate your peace of mind. I hired this company to do work on my mother’s house, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. Despite their claims of being "quick and reliable," they showed up late without any regard for our schedule. The technician, Eli, was incredibly unprofessional. He was abrasive and mean to my mother, which is completely unacceptable. You expect a "certified repair team" to treat customers with basic respect, but that wasn't the case here. To make matters worse, the quality of work is terrible. The spring on the garage door broke less than a month after Eli "fixed" it. Eli and Pronto Garage repair were top notch. I sent a message Saturday early evening, Eli responded with a quote and time for a Sunday double spring repair - my double wide door is fully insulated and very heavy, he used commercial springs and it works better now than new - great job Eli!
