Very sloppy work, dishonest, and poor communication. First, we were not aware that he was bringing the large equipment in our backyard, he made it seem that he would only bring it in from the street. The equipment tore up our yard so bad that it needed to be leveled, soiled, and new grass will need planted in the spring. Twigs and branches still remained and he broke a paver and a wheel barrow that was in our yard. I confirmed with him prior to getting in our back yard that it wouldn't tear up the pavers and he said no, so I assumed the grass would be ok too. He later admit that he should have laid down some plywood to save the grass. We gave him the opportunity to make things right but the only thing we were happy with was the additional cleanup of the twigs and branches. We paid him unde

Promoter did a sloopy job not cleaning up after themselves. The whole street was full of small branches and wood chips.
