I hired Bob from Pro Seal to repair some cracks. On the day he is coming, he calls to say he is on the way only to stop and do another job and show up 2 hours later. He shows up with a uHaul truck- that was a sign. We talk, then he runs off up the street to give an estimate to another property then he leaves to go have lunch- it’s now 4:30 pm and I was waiting since 12:30 pm. I should have said don’t do the work, because my gut said this was not a professional company. But I said go ahead and left him to work on it. We look at the work afterward- it’s a mess- large amounts of crack filler drips where there shouldn’t be, black crack filler on the Village sidewalk, lumpy areas pealing off, crack filler not injected properly, messy messy job unsightly and ruining other areas I walk in. I called and left messages. No phone calls returned. I waited a week between calls. No one ever answers the phone. I understand this is a busy time for this service but, if you do my neighbor's driveway and post your sign to drum up your business......why wouldn't you return the calls of potential customers? Or at least call back and say we are currently booked up and cannot take on another project. Slightly annoyed. I can see that they do good work but getting them to the work seems to be the issue.

THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I was told that they would come back and fix the problem in the Fall after they did my driveway in April. I was told that they would come in the afternoon and instead they came in the morning while my car was still in the garage. No one rang my doorbell to tell me they were doing the driveway. I had tire marks on the partial newly done driveway because I had to get outI I spoke to the owner that day and he sent someone to redo it, but that person and the owner told me that it would be better to let it dry for few months and then they would come in the fall to redo it. I had these guys do my driveway , they did it on Luke warm morning when there was a forecast of some rain at night. Had a few spots which they promised to repair the following season, which they did. Charged me over 200 bucks even though the quote was for $159 (I did not have any cracks, and I don’t need anything free ) What ticked me off the most is that there was black splatter on my garage door (white) and my white vinyl sliding.
