ProSource of Des Moines

Beware of ordering tile from Prosource. Nothing on invoice states that returns are not accepted! After bickering with them they offered only 50% refund, and they stated the other 50% is a restocking fee! Over a $180 loss for us. Product delivered was different than the sample and too small for our shower. Overall, I will not use or recommend this supplier.

The folks at ProSource were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We ended a floor roughly 1/3 or a tile short (12"x24" tiles) and I called them to see if I could purchase the sample they had on hand. The lady went and found it, and kept it for me. When I showed up, it was given to me for free and they would not let me pay for it. What customer service. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know how wonderful they are. Thank you ProSource!

Ryan West was the kind of salesman who prided himself on going the extra mile. So, when he offered to bring flooring samples directly to our house, we readily agreed. He arrived in his signature rusty Jeep, which looked as though it had seen better days but had somehow managed to survive them all. Ryan stepped out, beaming, with a large case of samples in hand.
