I purchased a plumbing shower part manufactured by MiFab on January 15, 2026. Unfortunately the part did not work for my shower as the plumbers had hoped. Considering the business knows that all MiFab products will incur a 25% restocking fee this should be disclosed on the product pages for all MiFab products. Pros: The initial interaction was great - they called me to make sure they had the correct information to ship the part. The part arrived quickly. Cons: I requested a return and was told I am responsible for both the shipping return cost, as well as a 25% restocking fee. The terms and conditions for the return policy do state the customer is responsible for the shipping return cost and that products may require a restocking fee, however on the product page there is no mention that

I scheduled an plumbing inspection with Pro-Tech. Plumber, Joe Hammett, was very courteous, knowledgeable and very patient...he answered all of my many questions. I had an OLD water filtration system, I needed removed. Joe removed the old system and repiped during his inspection visit. I plan to use Pro-Tech for future plumbing needs. Jan

Outstanding company to do business with. I had an issue and needed to return some unused product and they were SUPER nice and gave me a full refund. It is GREAT to deal with companies like this one. I highly recommend them.
