Protech Roofing

Much like the other reviews here. Very Dissappointed. Protech Roofing was hired to replace a asphalt roof. They were paid in full and now we can not get a call back after multiple phone calls and emails to resolve the issue. Be cautious on the quality and workmanship. Make sure you know what is expected to be completed. The following were my issues. 1) Contractor did not install the drip edge properly. 2) Standard roof vents were used for the bathroom (no flapper valve or connection for house exhaust). 3) Contractor returned to the site one day later and picked up the extra bundles of shingles). 4) Contractor removed some of the owners equipment. I'm sure it was a mistake and could easily be resolved but they will not return my call or emails. Protech was contacted via email, text

Protech roofing was amazing to work with. The owner was very polite, accommodated our hectic schedule. She assisted with all the insurance requirements and with the claim. Crew was AMAZING. Showed up on time and worked as a team to get the job completed and cleaned up every scrap of debris. HIGHLY recommend!!

The job initially went very well. Protech installed a metal roof for only about $2000.00 more than shingles. The roof looks excellent and we couldn't be happier with it. Our contract included installation of seamless rain gutters, but on the day of the job I was told the seamless machine needed repair. Since then I cannot get Cindy to answer my calls. She apparently has decided not to answer any calls from me. Worst of all is I cannot fathom why. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this company.

I am a builder in the Baltimore, Md. area and I would hire Protech Roofing for my jobs there. They certainly did a Top Notch job on my house on Oak Island. They were fast, clean, courteous, professional, on time, and fairly priced. That last part came in handy as my house had a fair amount of rotten sheeting that needed replacement requiring the removal and replacement of a dormer. If you need a roofer, this is who you want!

What a pleasant surprise....a contractor on the island who actually returns calls & performs the work in a timely professional manner. From the moment I called to request a quote throughout the entire roof installation, Cindy stayed in touch and not once did she or her crew disappoint me. Refreshing to know that there are still people around who run their business like a professional. Recommend them with 110% satisfaction.
